It’s another year full of changes and opportunities to develop otherwise undernourished skills. From speaking virtually to bringing back in-person interactions, I enjoyed the chance to discuss the importance of ethics in finance, and in everything we do, with students and professionals. I am glad to travel to campuses again and look forward to another year of sharing experiences and ideas.
I am thankful for the people who support what I do and who I am as a person. I talk about ethics often because that is a necessary part of an honest society. But it’s also part of what makes me who I am. Those who see this and encourage my efforts give me the strength to keep working toward making the world better than I found it.
This year brought personal trials, some of which I wrote about here, with financial attacks and an education on just how secure digital currency is – even from its owner. I am grateful for the help I received, for the people who provided that help, and for the lessons learned in the process of recovering accounts.
And, I am thankful for you coming here and reading my posts and sharing your stories with me across social media outlets. Your support means more than I can express and encourages me to keep writing. Thank you.
I wish you and yours a warm and happy Thanksgiving.
